Recruitment Consultant (Work From Home)

We are expanding our recruitment team and are looking for motivated Recruitment Consultants to join us on a fully commission-based, work-from-home arrangement.

Job Scope:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to successful placement
• Source and engage suitable candidates through various recruitment platforms
• Conduct candidate screening and interviews
• Coordinate interviews and follow up throughout the hiring process
• Build strong relationships with candidates and clients
• Manage your own recruitment pipeline and placements independently

Requirements:

• Prior recruitment experience in agency is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, disciplined and comfortable working independently
• Able to manage multiple vacancies and candidates effectively
