Area of responsibility
- The Recruitment Consultants will fulfil a highly visible and 360-degree role in the company.
- Perform staffing activities for clients from various industries.
- Perform full recruitment cycle from advertising, screening, interviewing, recommendations to successful placements
- Propose and quote clients on the placement rates for various positions and salary tiers.
- Service existing clients and to source for new business as required
- Established clients rapport and loyalty through service quality
- Handle grievances, complaints and performance issues from candidates and clients alike
- Achieve individual and company’s sales targets
The Person
- Preferably a Diploma or Degree. Those without are most welcome to apply as well.
- Preferably at least 1 - 2 years of recruitment sales or sales experience in any industries.
- Have the passion to do sales and affinity to achieve sales targets.
- Resourceful, versatile and keen to communicate with all walks of life.
- Familiar with MS Office
