Recruitment & HR Consulting Sales
Employment Type: Traineeship (3–6 months, convertible to full-time)

Key Responsibilities
- Drive business development initiatives in recruitment and HR consulting services.
- Support end-to-end recruitment consulting projects, including job analysis, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and client advisory.
- Engage prospective clients to understand HR outsourcing needs and propose tailored solutions.
- Prepare proposals, pitch decks, and client presentations to support sales activities.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, monitor sales pipeline, and generate performance reports.
- Collaborate with HR operations and payroll teams to ensure seamless delivery of consulting services.
Qualifications
- Fresh graduate with a degree/diploma in Business, Human Resources, or related discipline.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client engagement skills.
- Interest in HR consulting, recruitment processes, and business development.
- Familiarity with recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, JobStreet, Indeed) is advantageous.
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and eager to develop consultative sales expertise.
