Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the full recruitment cycle, from business development and candidate sourcing to placement and after sales support.
Understand hiring requirements and provide suitable recruitment solutions.
Source, screen, interview and recommend qualified candidates.
Manage, coach and support recruitment team to achieve individual and team targets.
Develop recruitment strategies and monitor pipelines, placements and performance.
Negotiate service agreements, recruitment fees and employment offers.
Ensure recruitment activities comply with applicable Singapore employment regulations and fair-employment practices.
Maintain accurate candidate, client and placement records.
Handle recruitment-related issues professionally and promptly.
Prepare regular sales, recruitment and performance reports for management.
Identify new business opportunities and support the company’s growth plans.

Requirements:

Valid CEI (KAH) – Non-MDW certification is required.
Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
At least five years of recruitment experience, including two years in a supervisory or managerial role.
Strong knowledge of Singapore’s recruitment market and employment practices.
Proven experience in client acquisition, account management and team leadership.
Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Target-driven, resourceful and able to work independently.
