Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle from manpower requisition to candidate joining.
Coordinate with HODs, Divisional Managers, and management to understand hiring requirements.
Prepare Job Descriptions, candidate profiles, and recruitment plans.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, agencies, social media, referrals, databases, and direct sourcing.
Screen, shortlist, interview, assess, and coordinate candidates throughout the selection process.
Manage multiple and high-volume vacancies across operational, sales, technical, supervisory, and mid-level roles.
Coordinate interviews, obtain feedback, and ensure timely recruitment closure.
Handle offer negotiation covering salary, benefits, joining date, notice period, and relocation.
Maintain candidate pipelines and talent pools for current and future requirements.
Ensure proper documentation, reference checks, and follow-up until joining.
Maintain strong knowledge of the Kuwait and GCC recruitment market.

Skills

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
Minimum 3+ years of recruitment experience in Kuwait.
Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment with minimal supervision.
Proven ability to manage multiple and high-volume vacancies.
Strong candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and pipeline-building skills.
Experience working directly with HODs, Divisional Managers, and management.
Good knowledge of the Kuwait/GCC recruitment market.
Strong coordination, follow-up, and negotiation skills.
Proficient in MS Office, Excel, HR/recruitment systems, trackers, and reports.

Preferred

1–2+ years of automotive recruitment experience in Kuwait/GCC.
Experience recruiting for sales, technical, workshop, spare parts, warehouse, operational, and support roles.
Experience in volume recruitment.
Experience with GCC recruitment agencies and overseas hiring.
Male candidate preferred based on current business requirements.
Arabic language knowledge is an advantage.
