Kate Worthington is expanding! We are looking to speak to talented recruitment professionals based in Bangkok to join our highest performing Team.
We are looking for a result driven, passionate, and detail-oriented individual with a strong entrepreneurial and growth mind-set who is keen to excel in the consulting and executive search business. The incumbent will need to have strong stakeholder management, qualification & negotiation skills to effectively partner with clients and candidates as well as a have hunger to learn new concepts and develop knowledge on the market and latest trends.
Required Skills & Experience
- Hold a bachelors degree in Business administration or related fields
- Strong experience of candidate sourcing, assessing, pipelining and reporting analytics
- Strong sales oriented approach, stakeholder management, team player and negotiation skills
- Good command of English & Thai communication skills
