Regional Affiliate BD Manager

This role supports partner-driven growth across regional markets, language communities, and trading ecosystems. It focuses on KOLs, affiliates, brokers, trading communities, educators, and other partner channels, with responsibility for partner activation, cooperation models, market mapping, performance reporting, and commercial contribution.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, negotiate, onboard, and activate KOLs, affiliates, brokers, trading communities, educators, and regional partners.
• Build and manage rebate programs, commission structures, affiliate incentives, broker partnerships, community campaigns, and trading-focused partnerships.
• Manage partner relationships and improve trading volume, active users, deposits, conversion, and revenue contribution.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and BD leadership on localized campaigns, partner materials, market feedback, and product improvement.
• Build market maps covering partner landscapes, competitor activity, KOL ecosystems, trading communities, and user behavior.
• Track partner performance and report on pipeline, activation, campaign results, and commercial contribution.
• Coordinate with internal teams before launching market-facing campaigns, promotions, or user-facing activities.
• Complete an initial three-month ramp-up and performance review period aligned to pipeline, activation, trading volume, revenue, and execution quality.

Requirements

• Proven BD experience in crypto exchanges, futures trading platforms, brokers, affiliate businesses, fintech trading products, or Web3 trading products.
• Hands-on experience with KOL, affiliate, broker, rebate, commission, or partner incentive models.
• Existing partner resources in at least one regional market, language group, or trading community.
• Strong understanding of crypto trading users, futures products, trading communities, and partner-driven acquisition.
• Ability to activate partners and generate measurable commercial contribution.
• Ability to explain previous BD outcomes such as trading volume, active users, deposits, net fee, partner revenue, or campaign ROI.
• Strong English communication skills; additional regional languages are a plus.
• Commercially driven, practical, and comfortable in a fast-moving crypto environment.
• Experience with crypto exchanges, brokers, futures platforms, affiliate networks, or trading-related fintech is preferred.
• Experience with futures, VIP, API, copy-trading, or professional trading communities is preferred.
