Regional Manager Project Controls
Provide leadership and oversight across multiple large-scale construction projects supporting Crusoe's AI and energy infrastructure platform. Lead project controls professionals, manage vendors, assess financial and schedule performance, and deliver actionable insights to senior leaders and clients.
Responsibilities
- Provide area-level leadership across concurrent construction projects.
- Drive standardization across cost management, scheduling, change management, risk management, and reporting.
- Lead cost managers responsible for cost reporting, cash flow forecasting, change and risk management, pay application review, and client billing submissions.
- Assess cost and schedule health and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Communicate financial and schedule insights to senior leadership and clients.
- Manage onsite vendors providing cost management and scheduling services.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting across projects.
- Partner with construction, engineering, procurement, and leadership teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
- 12+ years of experience in Project Controls and Construction Cost Management.
- Experience managing multiple projects with area- or program-level accountability.
- Experience leading standardization and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Advanced financial and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience leading teams and managing external vendors.
- Ability to work in fast-paced, large-scale construction environments.
