Going into its 35th year, Fidura & Associates, Inc. is a state-wide agency and one of the first private agencies to provide I/OD Waiver Services in Virginia.

This position:

• Provides training, support and supervision needed to assure that the documentation supports the services provided and completed in accordance with all regulations and agency policies.
• Supports staff in efforts that promote professional growth and development.
• Other duties related to ensuring that the successful and efficient operations of the Region

Requirements Include:

• Experience working with people with intellectual/developmental disabilities
• Supervisory experience
• Must be able to:
• • work flexible shifts as needed
  • participate in on-call rotation and being on-call for emergencies
  • have an acceptable driving record & vehicle for all shifts
  • able to pass federal and state criminal background investigation

Experience:

• Supervising experience: 1 year (Required)

Pay:

• Between $17.82 to $19.35 an hour (Based on experience)
