Job Description:
- Establish The Appropriate Investment Model To Expand Recruitment Efforts, Focusing On Seed And Emerging Markets In Asia.
- Portfolio Deployment Playbook.
- Closely Collaborating With Cross-functional And Cross-market Teams To Reinforce The Pipeline For Asia.
- Develop And Drive A Well-defined Portfolio Architecture, Which Includes Packaging, Pricing, Channel Mapping, And Potential Transportation And Logistics Opportunities.
- Collaborate Closely With Cluster And Local Teams To Execute A Unified Plan For Asia.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or equivalent in business.
- 10+ years' experience In relevant brand/marketing role, ideally exposure across Asia/South East Asia.
- Experience in brand building capability within an organization.
- Experience in data-driven media approach is expected.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (oral and written).
- Ability to set and achieve goals and manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Ability to create strong relationships across internal teams and external partners.
