Regional Sales Manager

We are looking for Regional Sales Manager to join our fast growing organization under Business team.

Job Description:

Develop and implement sales plans and strategies aligned with company goals.
Research and analyze market trends and competition to identify opportunities for growth.
Set sales targets, forecast sales volumes and monitor performance.
Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Address client inquiries, complaints and feedback to ensure customer satisfaction.
Negotiate contracts and close deals with potential customers.
Work closely with marketing, product development, and service support teams to align sales efforts with overall business strategy.
Provide input on pricing and product enhancements based on customer feedback.
Manage expenses and resources, and ensure sales activities contribute to the overall financial health of the company.

Requirements:

Degree in Sales & Marketing or related field.
Preferably 5 years of Sales & Marketing experience, with some management experience in defence technology.
Engineering background is advantageous.
Able to travel overseas
Organized and meticulous.
Able to travel overseas
