Relationship Manager - Tirupati
Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Relationship Manager to join our team in Tirupati. This role will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs, and providing tailored solutions to help them achieve their goals.
Job Responsibilities:**
* Develop and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with a portfolio of clients in Tirupati and surrounding areas.
* Proactively identify client needs and cross-sell relevant products and services, including but not limited to, banking products, investment solutions, and insurance.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service.
* Conduct regular reviews with clients to assess their financial progress and recommend adjustments to their financial plans as needed.
* Identify and acquire new clients through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach activities.
* Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's product offerings, market trends, and competitive landscape.
* Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
* Prepare and present regular reports on client portfolio performance and relationship management activities.
Job Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
* Proven experience (3+ years) in a client-facing relationship management role, preferably within the financial services industry.
* Strong understanding of financial products and services, including banking, investments, and insurance.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
* Demonstrated ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
* Results-oriented with a strong sales and business development acumen.
* Proficiency in relevant software applications (e.g., CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite).
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Fluency in English and Telugu is preferred.
* Local market knowledge of Tirupati and surrounding areas is a significant advantage.
