Relationship Manager - Wealth Management (East Asia)
Aura by Hex Trust is seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to originate and manage a book of high-net-worth and family office clients, present investment solutions, grow assets under management, and coordinate onboarding and servicing across compliance, legal, and operations.
Responsibilities
- Establish and grow long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients, family offices, and private wealth channels.
- Cultivate distribution partnerships and intermediary relationships to drive assets under management growth.
- Lead prospect and client meetings and communicate Hex Trust’s value proposition.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities across trading, structured products, and lending solutions.
- Collaborate with Marketing to attract and activate clients.
- Oversee client onboarding and ongoing relationship management with compliance, legal, and operations.
- Deliver white-glove service to private clients and family offices in digital assets.
- Track and report KPIs including clients, revenue, assets on platform, and net new money.
Requirements
- 5–15 years of experience in relationship management, private banking, wealth management, or institutional/crypto financial services.
- Demonstrated success growing assets under management and managing sophisticated private clients or family office accounts.
- Strong knowledge of financial markets and investment products, with digital asset familiarity required.
- Proven ability to deliver high-touch, client-first service.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Entrepreneurial, adaptable, and proactive approach.
- Fluency in English; Mandarin or Arabic is highly valued.
