Release Train engineer

Participate in the execution of one or more trains that will serve as pilots for the organization. These will involve various business areas of the organization, such as IT and HR.Organize and facilitate SAFe ceremonies such as PI Planning, ensuring that events run smoothly, all participants remain aligned with objectives, and actively engage in problem-solving.Work closely with the Senior Agile Coach to support teams in understanding their respective roles and gradually adopting Agile principles.Help all stakeholders understand and gradually adopt Agile principles by adjusting and overcoming resistance and hesitations. They must demonstrate knowledge of the traditional mode and the pitfalls related to transitioning to agility.If required, coordinate between different teams and other SAFe trains, managing internal and external dependencies and ensuring communication between teams and stakeholders.Provide internal training resources with observed development needs as part of their activities.Coach teams and managers on Lean-Agile best practices.
