Renewable Energy Project Manager (F/M)
Join our team to lead critical wind and solar projects across Poland and Europe, ensuring they meet the highest technical and safety standards while supporting the continent's energy transition.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as main contact point with clients
- Coordinate renewable energy projects (wind, solar)
- Align client expectations with project goals
- Manage client relationships at all project stages
- Day-to-day management of all project delivery aspects
- Coordinate expert team activities (planning, costs, quality)
- Deliver projects within time, budget, resource, and risk constraints
- Support technical consultancy services including:
- Technical due diligence
- Technical inspections
- Owner's Engineering support
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in industry and construction sectors
- Proven project management experience in renewable energy sector
- Fluency in Polish and comprehensive knowledge of Polish legal and regulatory frameworks related to renewable energy projects
- Knowledge of technical due diligence
- Project coordination skills (planning, budgeting, quality control)
- Excellent stakeholder management abilities
- Risk management experience
- Ability to manage expert teams
- Familiarity with renewable energy certification standards (IECRE, BSH or other) is a plus
