Red Pulley Technology Solutions is seeking a Reporting Analyst 3 to support a federal Health IT modernization initiative for the Department of Homeland Security's Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Health Services Corps (IHSC). This role performs recurring and ad hoc reporting, dashboard development, report validation, data analysis, reporting-process management, and reporting documentation supporting IHSC's operational, clinical, program, and management information needs. All configuration and development activities are performed within authorized Government-managed platforms and environments, subject to Government oversight.


Location: Washington, DC Metro Area (Remote), with occasional onsite work required by Government

Clearance: Public Trust - Preliminary and Complete Fitness Determination Required

Employment Type: Full-Time

Status: Contingent Upon Contract Award


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of demonstrated experience in reporting, dashboard development, business intelligence, data analysis, or related functions
  • Proficiency with reporting, visualization, spreadsheet, database-query, and business-intelligence technologies (e.g., SQL, Power BI, Tableau)
  • Knowledge of reporting design, data validation, metrics development, and data-quality principles
  • Ability to translate reporting requirements into accurate and usable reports and dashboards
  • Strong analytical, documentation, troubleshooting, and communication skills
  • U.S. Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
