Research Analyst
The Research Analyst will monitor crypto markets using Kaiko's proprietary data, transform complex information into clear insights for institutional audiences, and support research distribution across media, client channels, and social platforms. The role combines financial analysis, crypto market expertise, data visualization, strong writing, and external communication with press, clients, and prospects.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze crypto markets using proprietary data to produce data-driven insights for institutional audiences.
- Create original analysis, charts, and commentary for weekly and bi-weekly newsletters.
- Produce long-form research reports for clients.
- Collaborate with marketing to promote research and expand its reach.
- Produce bespoke research content for sales enablement, lead generation, and media outreach.
- Present expert insights during client discussions.
- Support journalist inquiries and pitch data-driven stories.
Requirements
- Native-level fluency in spoken and written English.
- Ability to meet deadlines and consistently deliver high-quality work.
- Ability to propose creative, original research ideas for institutional audiences.
- Ability to work with datasets and create charts using tools such as Tableau; coding experience is not required.
- Familiarity with complex DeFi or broader crypto topics.
- Deep understanding of how capital markets function.
