Job Description:

Currently we are looking for R&D Manager for our client, a well-established brand in the Beauty Industry in Surabaya.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of working experience as R&D Manager.
• Having experience working as R&D in the beauty industry.
• Minimum Bachelor degree/S1 from reputable University.
• Eager to learn and willing to be located in Surabaya.
• Having experience carrying out research, monitoring, evaluation and research reporting.
• Having experience controling operational costs for implementing. research & development in accordance with the predetermined budget.
