Researcher/Recruiter (Part-Time/Full-Time Intern/Placement)
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Intern/Placement Researcher/Recruiter to join our dynamic team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in executive search and recruitment while working closely with industry professionals.
Responsibilities
- Assist in conducting research to identify potential candidates for various positions.
- Support the recruitment process, including screening resumes and conducting initial interviews.
- Maintain and update the candidate database.
- Collaborate with senior recruiters to understand client requirements and candidate profiles.
- Participate in networking events and industry conferences to build relationships.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Passion for recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Language Requirements: Proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
