Reservation Manager - The Hoxton Bengaluru City

What you’ll do…

Leads the Reservations function, drives commercial performance, and manages the team
Strategic, operational, commercial, and people management responsibilities.
Makes operational decisions, resolves complex issues, and improves processes.
Maximise revenue and identify sales opportunities.
Owns reservation performance, inventory optimization, forecasting, and revenue contribution
Partners with Revenue, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Hotel Leadership
Leads, coaches, schedules, and develops the Reservations team.
Work closely with the revenue and sales team to ensure rooming lists are correctly entered and revenue objectives are met.

3–5+ years of hotel reservations experience with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
Experience leading teams, analysing reports and driving commercial performance.

Strong leadership, coaching and stakeholder management skills.
You are methodical and have a process-driven approach to tasks but are also flexible and calm especially in times of tight deadlines.
