What You'll Do:
- Supervise and lead a team of caregivers in a residential setting
- Plan daily activities that promote engagement, skill-building, and joy
- Coordinate schedules for staff and individuals, including medical appointments
- Support individuals in activities of daily living (ADLs) such as hygiene, meals, and social skills
- Ensure a safe and happy environment
- Encourage healthy lifestyles, clean living spaces, and positive habits
- Plan menus that align with dietary guidelines
- Assist with administering medications and assist with medical needs
- Complete daily documentation and maintain accurate records

- Has strong leadership skills and can manage a team effectively
- Is reliable, organized, and able to follow schedules and treatment plans
- Communicates clearly and professionally — both written and verbal
- Brings a positive attitude and compassionate mindset
- Can provide physical care as needed
- Willing to work swing shifts, holidays, and weekends
