Residential Support Specialist – Dulcinea
Responsible for providing rehabilitative stabilization services for adults with severe mental illness or dually diagnosed. Residential Support Specialist teaches in-vivo independent, social, and daily living skills taking into consideration the participant’s learning style, strengths and needs. Assists participants in the acquisition and practice of daily living skills. The Residential Support Specialist Monitors participants’ symptoms and medication utilization regularly. Maintains an organized, clean, and safe home environment. Provides crisis management services in consultation with program supervisor. Documents all services using program protocols.
