Restaurant Assistant Manager

We are hiring a restaurant assistant manager:

Requirements:

At least 3 years experience as a assistant manager
Able to assist restaurant manager in achieving quarterly sales targets
Able to schedule and manage manpower schedule on a weekly basis
Able to work with beverage suppliers to organize and execute wine pairing events
Work with management to strategize and execute promotions and marketing campaigns
Able to handle customers request and feedbacks professionally
Experience in pre opening is a plus
Able to understand and adapt to relevant FnB trends
Ensure smooth restaurant operations on a daily basis
Work with kitchen team to introduce special and festive menus
