We are hiring 1x Restaurant Manager and 1x Assistant Restaurant Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and service standards
• Lead the team and manage staff rostering / manpower
• Handle guest feedback and service recovery
• Manage inventory, costs and wastage
• Drive outlet sales and performance

Requirements
✅ Experience in Western restaurant operations
✅ Strong leadership and operational skills
✅ Wine knowledge / WSET is an advantage
