Able to take orders, communicate smoothly with guests, & handle issues borne from customer complaints or feedback.

Effective leader & team-person - at the same time maintaining a good head on shoulders, balancing humility with positive aptitude - comfortable with taking the lead but heeding instructions when necessary as well.
