Restaurant Manager has to run the entire restaurant along with the executive chef. Applicant should have knowledge of North Indian Cuisine, South Indian cuisine and also Indo Chinese cooking as well. Know of sweetmeats will be added advantage making duty roster,quality control,inventory management and guest relation is a must.
