What We Expect From You:

· Oversee the day-to-day operations alongside Operations Manager, ensuring a seamless and refined guest experience in line with Merci Marcel’s high standards.

· Lead by example—guiding, training, and inspiring the team to deliver warm, attentive, and elevated service.

· Manage inventory and supply orders with precision, while maintaining impeccable cleanliness and safety throughout the venue.

· Address guest inquiries and concerns with poise and professionalism, ensuring satisfaction at every touchpoint.

· Monitor staff performance and provide thoughtful, constructive feedback to support growth and excellence.

· Uphold and enforce strict compliance with all health, hygiene, and safety regulations, maintaining a pristine and welcoming environment.
