Restaurants Operations Manager

The ideal candidate will be a hands-on hospitality professional with a strong background in bakery, café, specialty coffee or casual dining operations, who can drive operational excellence, team performance & exceptional guest experiences across multiple outlets.

Key requirements:

• Local hire – Cairo based
• International exposure preferred
• Proven restaurant/café operations management experience
• Strong understanding of bakery, coffee and F&B operations
• Excellent leadership, training and people-management skills
• Commercially focused with strong operational and financial acumen
• Experience managing multiple outlets or a growing concept advantageous
