Leadership and Staff Management

Hire, train, coach, develop, and supervise branch employees. Conduct performance evaluations, provide ongoing feedback, create staff schedules, manage staffing levels, promote a positive culture, and lead branch meetings.

Sales and Business Development

Achieve branch goals for deposits, loans, new accounts and other products/services. Develop local business relationships, coach employees on referral and sales opportunities, identify market opportunities, and participate in community outreach.

Member and Customer Experience

Maintain strong service standards, resolve escalated concerns, build relationships with members and local businesses, and promote financial products and services that meet customer needs.

Operations and Compliance

Oversee daily branch operations. Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, internal policies, and audit requirements. Manage cash controls, vault operations, dual control procedures, security, operational performance, and risk indicators.

Financial Management

Manage branch profitability and budget performance. Monitor financial reports and key performance indicators, execute plans to achieve financial goals, and ensure efficient use of branch resources.
