Retail Claim Manager

Requirements;

Male/Female with max age 45 years old
Min Bachelor Degree in any major or related fields
Min 12 years experiences in underwriting and claim
Min pass AAAIK certified
Strong in leadership, strategic thinking, complain handling and negotiation skill
Good command in English
Solid knowledge and strong competency of general insurance business, claim process, policy processing, customer services, IT and project management
Develop and implement operational claim strategy for Retail Claim Services (majority motor Vehicle and Travel insurance claims) to meet expected level of customer satisfaction
