Revenue Operations Manager
This high-impact individual contributor role sits at the intersection of Revenue Operations and GTM Engineering. The role owns GTM technology evaluation, analytics infrastructure, strategic insights, AI-assisted development, system integrations, and workflow automation to create a lean, data-driven go-to-market operation.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and select GTM technology for an AI-first tech stack.
- Design, build, and maintain analytics infrastructure across the GTM ecosystem.
- Provide insights and recommendations for strategic decisions.
- Build, iterate, and deploy tools, integrations, and automation workflows using AI development tools.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Post-Sales leaders to identify bottlenecks and deploy data-backed solutions.
- Execute projects and strategic initiatives.
- Identify lead-to-cash bottlenecks and engineer automated solutions to increase team velocity.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical Revenue Operations, GTM Engineering, Sales Systems, analytics, or workflow automation.
- Proven experience using AI coding assistants to build functional tools, scripts, or workflows.
- Strong data analytics background and experience with clean data architectures, funnel metrics, and actionable reporting.
- Experience with APIs, webhooks, and middleware such as Zapier, Clay, Workato, or Tray.io.
- Deep technical expertise in Salesforce and GTM tools including HubSpot, Unify, Clay, and n8n.
- Ability to design relational data models and map complex business processes into automated system logic.
- Builder mentality and ability to turn manual processes into scalable workflows.
- Ability to translate non-technical GTM requirements into technical specifications and vice versa.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or JavaScript is preferred.
- Experience in a high-growth SaaS environment, particularly fintech or complex B2B platforms, is preferred.
- Salesforce Development or GTM automation certification is preferred.
