Revenue Operations Systems Admin

Own the day-to-day configuration and improvement of Modern Treasury's revenue technology stack, including Salesforce, LeanData, Chili Piper, HubSpot, and related systems. Build components, manage routing and workflow changes, lead system redesigns, automate repetitive GTM processes with AI agents, resolve operational requests, maintain clean data, and support forecasting and revenue models.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Salesforce fields, flows, validation rules, and layouts.
• Draft and own routing and workflow configuration across the GTM stack.
• Lead account hierarchy, opportunity and product data model, lead routing, and customer lifecycle redesigns.
• Partner with Engineering to automate repetitive, rules-based GTM workflows with AI agents.
• Use AI tools daily and validate all delivered work.
• Resolve field changes, workflow fixes, routing and scheduling issues, and data-cleanup requests.
• Maintain data inputs supporting Finance forecasting and revenue models.
• Determine when a build requires an outside specialist.

Requirements

• Use AI tools daily and validate their outputs.
• Have 4–7+ years of experience building and maintaining Salesforce and a broader GTM stack.
• Experience with LeanData, Chili Piper, HubSpot, Hex, or equivalent tools.
• Comfort owning execution and proposing designs for day-to-day work.
• Strong communication skills and proactive status and risk reporting.
• Collaborative approach and good judgment about when to engage a specialist.
• Comfort with Hex or a similar BI tool for occasional dashboard support is a plus.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States; Modern Treasury participates in E-Verify.
