RevOps System Engineer
The RevOps System Engineer will support sales leadership and account executives, maintain accurate pipeline and forecast reporting, resolve operational issues, own the GTM technology stack, manage integrations and vendors, and build AI-assisted and automated workflows for reporting, enrichment, and dashboards.
Responsibilities
- Support sales leadership and account executives with quoting, deal desk, territory and account questions, and tool troubleshooting
- Support pipeline reviews and forecast cadences with accurate and timely reporting
- Triage and resolve rep-facing operational issues
- Attend forecast calls and follow through on data-hygiene commitments
- Identify and correct data-hygiene issues proactively
- Own and administer the GTM technology stack outside core Salesforce configuration
- Manage tool integrations, licensing, and roadmaps
- Ensure consistent data flows across tools
- Evaluate and implement new tools
- Serve as the primary contact for tool vendors
- Partner with the Salesforce administrator on core CRM configuration
- Build automation opportunities across reporting, data enrichment, and workflows
- Prototype AI-assisted workflows and reporting solutions
Requirements
- 5+ years of Sales/Revenue Operations or GTM systems experience, ideally at a B2B SaaS company
- Strong Salesforce fluency at power-user level
- SOQL experience is a strong plus
- Experience building automations and AI-assisted workflows
- Experience with GTM tech-stack integrations, APIs, and no-code or low-code tooling
- Ability to independently own a function with minimal ramp support
- Based in the United States and able to work United States hours with some overlap for global calls
