RF/Analog Mixed Signal Design Engineer will work on transistor level IC design implementation for Apple Silicon in different technology nodes.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum requirement of a bachelors degree.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong device physics knowledge as it applies to analog IC design.
- Strong track record of delivering silicon IPs with complete architecture, design, verification and validation experience.
- Solid understanding/experience in bandgaps, bias, opamps, switched-cap circuits, LDOs, low power oscillators, PLLs, VGAs, feedback and compensation techniques.
- In-depth knowledge and analytical understanding of mixed-signal design techniques.
- Experience in understanding top level verification methods incorporating block level schematics and behavioral models.
- Experience in C/Matlab/VerilogA/Python modeling.
- Hands-on experience in using spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, and signal generators to validate analog designs.
- Good knowledge of high precision techniques in presence of device mismatch.
- Understanding of data converter architectures and design trade-offs.
- Experience in working with production test engineers to produce test plans and design for testability details.
