Job Title: Manager – Risk & Compliance
Location: Abidjan
Job Description:
Lead risk management and regulatory compliance across AfDB operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop risk frameworks and policies
- Conduct compliance monitoring & control testing
- Ensure adherence to regulatory standards
- Support governance and reporting
Requirements
Requirements:
- 8–15+ years in risk/compliance (banking or DFI)
- Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks
- Experience with ESG/regulatory change is a plus
- Lead investment analysis and financial modelling (DCF, IRR, valuation)
- Structure debt/equity transactions (PPP, project finance)
- Conduct due diligence and risk assessment
- Support deal execution and portfolio monitoring
- Engage with clients, sponsors, and stakeholders
