Risk Management Manager ( Department Head)
- Bachelor's degree in finance, risk management, business administration or a related field.
- Min. 3 years of experience as Risk Management Manager (Already experienced in the pawn shops industry is a must).
- Strong knowledge of risk management frameworks, methodologies, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong knowledge of risk management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Familiarity with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Strong digital literacy and proven digital business analysis skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Certification in risk management BSMR level 3 is an added advantage.
