‍Role in a nutshell:

• ‍Due to the growing demand within our operational activity, we are currently looking for a Junior Risk Manager to join, on a full-time basis, our Panama Team.

• Liaise with clients on account-related issues, resolving problems and ensuring high levels of customer care;
• Suggest improvements to procedures and systems in the interests of fraud prevention and customer care;
• Investigate financial irregularities on accounts;
• ‍Work with colleagues in other departments to resolve account-related issues and prevent fraud;
• ‍Help maintain quality control and customer care through analysis

Qualifications:

• Strong logical reasoning skills with an analytical approach;
• Decision-making and problem-solving skills;
• Good communication skills and ability to effectively deliver feedback;
• Self-motivation;
• Ability to perform well under tight deadlines within a dynamic environment;
• Proven aptitude for working in a team, as well as guiding and influencing others;
