Safety Manager (Bilingual English/Spanish Required)

The Safety Manager is responsible for leading, developing, and enforcing all workplace safety and health programs across multiple company locations. This position is based in Delaware and serves as the primary hub for safety leadership.

This is a hands-on, field-driven role. The Safety Manager is expected to be actively present in operations, working directly with employees, supervisors, and leadership to identify risks, correct unsafe behaviors, and implement practical safety solutions.

The ideal candidate is not only knowledgeable in safety regulations but is also confident enforcing standards, coaching employees, and driving accountability in fast-paced operational environments.

Fluency in both English and Spanish is required, as this role will lead training, communication, and enforcement of safety standards across a bilingual workforce.

Regular travel is required to company locations in Florida and Texas to support operations, conduct audits, and ensure consistency in safety practices.
