Location: Tampines/ customer sites

Education: Business/Marketing/Electrical & Electronics Engineering

Job Description:

● Provide technical support, understand client requirements, and recommend suitable solutions.

● Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients.

● Deliver excellent customer service by resolving inquiries and issues.

● Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with business goals.

● Stay updated on industry trends, products, and competitors.

● Prepare sales, customer feedback, and market reports for management.

● Support sales strategies to achieve targets.

Requirements:

● Polytechnic Diploma in Business/Marketing/Electrical & Electronics Engineering n.e.c./Electrical related

● Willing and able to travel overseas for business trips

● Prior experience in the manufacturing industry is an added advantage

● Excellent communication and customer service skills to interact effectively with clients.
