SALES ADM HO STAFF

Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administration Head Office Staff to support our sales team and ensure smooth operational processes. This role is crucial in maintaining efficient communication, managing sales-related documentation, and contributing to the overall success of PT Multi Farmindo Jaya's sales efforts.

Job Responsibilities:**

* Process sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
* Prepare and manage sales reports, presentations, and other relevant documentation.
* Coordinate with sales representatives, distributors, and customers regarding order status, product availability, and delivery schedules.
* Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
* Assist in resolving customer inquiries and complaints related to sales and orders.
* Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing travel arrangements, and preparing expense reports.
* Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the logistics department to ensure product availability.
* Assist in the preparation of sales forecasts and budgets.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all sales administration activities.
* Contribute to improving sales administration processes and efficiency.

Job Qualifications:**

* Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales administration or a similar administrative role.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
* Experience with CRM software is a plus.
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
