Compensation:
Average annual earnings range from $75,000 to $150,000+, with unlimited potential based on performance.*

- Luxury sales experience preferred

Responsibilities and Qualifications:
- Previous automotive sales experience preferred but not required
- Professional demeanor with a confident attitude
- Strong communication skills via phone, text and email
- Excellent customer service and phone etiquette
- Ability to manage time effectively and make at least 25 calls per day
- Organized, detail-oriented and self-motivated
- Ability to listen actively and deliver a superior customer experience
- Strong follow-up and accurate record-keeping skills
- Ability to think quickly and adapt in as fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented with a commitment to continuous improvement
- Call center experience is a plus, but not required
- Interest in PEOPLE
- Availability to work Saturdays and some Sundays
