Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Sales Executive with proven experience in manpower supply services. The role involves acquiring new clients, generating leads, converting prospects, and building strong relationships with decision-makers across industries like construction, logistics, cleaning, and facility management.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential clients across UAE to offer manpower supply solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
• Prepare and present company profiles, proposals, and quotations to prospective clients.
• Conduct site visits and meetings to understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize revenue.
• Coordinate with operations team to ensure manpower delivery aligns with client expectations.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline updates via CRM.
• Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and competitor activity.
• Job Specification (Qualifications, Skills, Experience):

Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 2–4 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in manpower supply or staffing services in UAE.
• Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and visa processing for manpower supply.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English (Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu is an added advantage).
• Valid UAE driving license
