Sales & accounts growth trainee

No previous experience is required.

We are looking for fresh graduates with curiosity, ambition, resilience, and a strong passion for sales, business development, and revenue growth.

During the internship, you will gain hands-on exposure to the full sales cycle across Egypt and the GCC region, including:

• Lead generation and prospect identification
• Discovery and cold calling techniques
• Sales meetings and client communication
• Business development and account growth
• Client onboarding across our key service lines:
  • Organizational Development (OD)
  • Learning & Development (L&D)
  • HR Outsourcing

Requirements:

• Fresh graduate
• Strong interest in sales and business development
• Excellent communication and adaptability skills
• Resilient, proactive, and self-motivated
• Strong team player
• Related internships or experience are considered a plus
