Sales and Marketing Executive

Heleflo Products, a distributor of industrial and commercial adhesives, is looking for a driven Sales & Marketing Executive to grow our client base and support day-to-day sales operations. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role ideal for someone early in their sales career who wants to build a strong foundation in B2B sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales leads to support revenue growth
• Prepare and send quotations, and follow up with clients to close deals
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
• Update client and sales records accurately in the CRM
• Respond to client inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
• Support tender bid submissions by preparing documents and ensuring deadlines are met
• Conduct client visits and meetings to convert sales opportunities
• Assist in updating and maintaining the company's e-commerce listings
• Contribute content and updates to social media channels under guidance

Requirements

• 1–3 years of sales experience (consumables / industrial products a plus)
• Comfortable with client-facing work and cold outreach
• Basic proficiency with CRM tools, Excel, and social media platforms
• Good communication and follow-up discipline
• Willingness to travel locally for client visits
