Sales and Marketing Manager
Job Summary
We are seeking a Sales and Marketing Manager to drive business growth in home and commercial storefront decoration and renovation. You will manage existing customer relationships and actively develop new business opportunities, leveraging digital and online marketing channels.
Responsibilities
- Manage and follow up on existing customer projects to ensure timely progress and satisfaction
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the current market area to expand client base
- Develop and implement sales strategies that align with company goals and drive revenue growth
- Utilize digital and online marketing techniques to enhance business development efforts
- Collaborate with internal teams to support setup jobs, including occasional night work as required
- Monitor sales performance and achieve monthly targets of $20,000 to qualify for commission incentives
Other Information
- Work schedule: 5 days per week, occasionally 5.5 days including night shifts for setup jobs
- Salary: Starting at $4,000 for apprentices and $5,000 for experienced candidates
- Probation period: 3 months with a $1,000 salary increase upon successful completion and contract signing
- Commission: 5% on sales exceeding $20,000 per month
- Leave entitlement: 12 days of annual leave
