Sales and Marketing Manager

Our client is a travel agency based in Dubai and currently hiring Sales and Marketing Manager.

What will you do?

Promote the company's existing brands and introducing new products to the market
Analyzing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring that the sales team meets their quotas and goals
Conduct market analysis on competitor products and packages
Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals
Implementing new sales plans and advertising
Identify and explore new business opportunities to maximize the company's market share

What are we looking for?

Bachelors in Business or Communications, Sales or related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in the Marketing industry, Tourism Marketing experience is preferred
Exceptional skills in sales, customer relations, communications
Pro-active approach and a strong drive for results
Fluent in English and Arabic is a MUST
Must have a driver's license in the UAE
