WE ARE GROWING! AS a FASTSIGNS Sales Assistant, you will closely assist the Sales Manager and serve as the initial point of contact for both our current and prospective partners. You will engage with customers across multiple channels, including email, telephone and face[to-face consultations at our FASTSIGNS Center. Your primary focus will be cultivating long-lasting business relationships -- turning initial inquiries into active customers and developing those accounts into loyal, long-term clients.
Our ideal candidate is outgoing, highly responsive, eager to master a B2B sales cycle, and possesses a natural capability for building professional rapport. Strong listening, detailed documentation. and sharp organizational skills are highly valued. In this position you will learn to:

- Prepare comprehensive project estimates and translate client specs into active center orders.
- Gain hand-on experience tracking the production workflow to ensure precision and timely delivery.
- Familiarize yourself with commercial signage materials and safety protocols.
- Assist with inventory and materials management, including strategic ordering, maintaining Point of Sale (POS) system cost structures, and identifying industry cost-saving opportunities.
- Actively collaborate in team strategy meetings to drive the overall commercial success of the Center.
