Sales Assistant Manager

Job Description

1. Promotes and sells surgical implants/instruments products.

Educates and informs doctors, nurses, and appropriate staff personnel as to the proper use and maintenance of products.

2. Directs product evaluations or services in Operation Theater.

3. May assist in the preparation and operation of trade shows, conventions, and/or clinical meetings.

4. Managing in the training and development of sales personnel. Provide product demonstrations and support.

5. Plan and execute product launches with a focus on delivering value to customers.

6. Build and maintain strong rapport and positive long term relationships with existing customers and Key Opinion Leaders.
