Sales Consultant
We’re looking for a Sales Consultant who’s confident, customer-focused, and enjoys helping people feel good about themselves. Someone who is warm, well-spoken, organised, and able to guide clients through their beauty and self-care journey with clarity and care.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome customers and build genuine rapport.
- Conduct face/body consultations using structured assessment methods.
- Recommend suitable treatment plans based on customer goals.
- Follow up with clients and track their progress through notes and photos.
- Handle sales in a calm, confident, and professional manner.
- Work closely with the team to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Maintain service standards, protocols, and accuracy in records.

What We’re Looking For
- At least 3 years’ experience in beauty, wellness, spa, retail, or hospitality.
- Strong communication skills and able to explain clearly.
- Naturally service-oriented, empathetic, and reliable.
- Goal-driven with good follow-through.
- Comfortable using digital tools for appointments and notes.
