Job Summary
Join a fast-growing maid agency as a Sales Consultant, serving as the first contact for clients and MDWs by handling enquiries, matching candidates, scheduling interviews, and supporting placements.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to client enquiries to identify their domestic helper needs and match them with suitable MDWs
- Schedule and conduct interviews between MDWs and clients to facilitate successful hiring decisions
- Provide aftersales support to clients and MDWs to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues
- Profile and maintain accurate records of MDWs to support client matching and compliance
- Use email and office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to communicate and manage documentation efficiently
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- CEI certification is a plus; willingness to obtain certification with agency support
